On the WINGBOX platform, you can find My Shipment in the left-hand menu, under the Shipment section. Just click on My Shipment, and you’ll see a list of all your active and past shipments. My Shipment gives you complete visibility over every order from the moment a label is created until it reaches your customer. Whether you’re preparing for drop-off, tracking in real-time, or confirming delivery, everything is managed in one place.

📦 Status Definitions (Made Simple)
Delivery Status | What It Means |
---|---|
Created | Label generated, not yet dropped off. |
Collected | Package received by WINGBOX, ready for dispatch. |
In Transit | Package is on its way. |
Arrived At Destination | Your shipment has reached the destination hub and is being prepared for final delivery to the recipient. |
Out for Delivery | Your package is with our courier and on the way to the recipient today. |
Delivered | Shipment completed. |
Cancelled | Shipment was cancelled. |
Returned | Sent back to the sender. |
Lost | Declared lost by carrier. |
Damaged | Damaged in transit—claim in progress. |
