Track & Manage Your Shipments with WINGBOX

On the WINGBOX platform, you can find My Shipment in the left-hand menu, under the Shipment section. Just click on My Shipment, and you’ll see a list of all your active and past shipments. My Shipment gives you complete visibility over every order from the moment a label is created until it reaches your customer. Whether you’re preparing for drop-off, tracking in real-time, or confirming delivery, everything is managed in one place.

Each shipment entry includes:

  • Tracking ID (Tracking Number)

  • Status

  • Receiver

  • Package Type

  • Origin -> Destination

  • Booking Order

  • Source

Delivery Status

What It Means

Created

Label generated, not yet dropped off.

Collected

Package received by WINGBOX, ready for dispatch.

In Transit

Package is on its way.

Arrived At Destination

Your shipment has reached the destination hub and is being prepared for final delivery to the recipient.

Out for Delivery

Your package is with our courier and on the way to the recipient today.

Delivered

Shipment completed.

Cancelled

Shipment was cancelled.

Returned

Sent back to the sender.

Lost

Declared lost by carrier.

Damaged

Damaged in transit—claim in progress.
