Booking international shipments and preparing customs paperwork with WINGBOX is quick and simple—just make sure all the required details are completed.

If you’ve already connected your Shopify store, skip straight to the last step—your order info will be automatically filled. 😉
1. Log in & Book Shipment
Log in to your WINGBOX account, then go to the Book Shipment page.
2. Enter Sender & Receiver Information
Fill in the details for both Ship From and Ship To, including:
Full name, phone, and email
Complete address, country, city, state, and postal code
3. Complete Your Product Information
This step generates the Commercial Invoice, required by customs in both the origin and destination countries.
Enter the following details for each item:
Item Description (e.g. “Cotton T-shirt”)
Product Value
Quantity & Weight
Dimensions (Length × Width × Height)
If you have multiple boxes in one shipment, click + Add Item to include them all.
4. Complete Your Shipment Information
Choose your Package Type (Package/Document)
Package Assurance (Yes/No)
Importer VAT/Tax ID (optional)
Importer EORI Number (optional)
Importer IOSS Number (optional)
After selecting the option, click Add Shipment.
5. Confirm Your Shipment
Click Text Admin to confirm your shipment through our Customer Service team via WhatsApp Business.
✅ Done! Print your product label, attach it to your package, and drop it at a WINGBOX Service Point.
No printer? Just write the Tracking Number clearly on your package.
Once booked, your shipment will appear on the My Shipment page, where you can track it easily.
