Getting Started
When you first sign up with WINGBOX, we’ll use your estimated shipping volume to place you in a starting tier. After your first 4 weeks, your actual spend determines your tier moving forward.
Leveling Up
Every 4 weeks, we check your total shipping spend.
If you reach the minimum spend for the next tier, you’ll move up automatically—and your discount will increase right away.
Leveling Down
If your spend falls below the minimum, don’t worry—you’ll get a 4-week grace period to catch up.
Only if you don’t meet the minimum again after that (8 weeks in total), your tier will be adjusted down.
Stay Updated
We’ll keep you in the loop with in-app and email updates whenever you level up or if you’re close to leveling down.
