Paying for your shipments with WINGBOX is simple and straightforward—you only pay for what you ship. To keep your business running smoothly, here’s how our billing and payment system works.
First Shipment
For your very first shipment, we’ll issue an invoice as soon as your package arrives at the WINGBOX office. This serves as a quick account verification step to complete your onboarding.
Weekly Billing
Our standard billing cycle runs weekly. Every Monday, you’ll receive an invoice that covers all shipments handed over during the previous week.
Payment Terms
Weekly invoices: Net 7 (payment due within 7 days)
First shipment invoices: Due upon receipt (payment must be made on the same day)
How to Pay
When your invoice is ready, you’ll be notified via email and in-app notification. All payments are processed securely through Manual Bank Transfer (ATM transfer, Mobile Banking, or Internet Banking), Credit Card and QRIS, giving you safe and convenient options.
Steps:
From your WINGBOX Dashboard, go to My Shipment, select the shipment, then click Shipment Invoice.
To view invoice details, click the download icon ⤓ next to the invoice number.
Payment Methods:
Credit Card – Pay instantly with Mastercard (available only at our service point/offline).
QRIS – Scan and pay with any QRIS-compatible mobile banking or e-wallet app.
Manual Bank Transfer – You may transfer directly to the following account:

⚠️ If you make a manual transfer, please upload your payment proof/receipt with your Shipment Tracking Number noted on it to our Customer Service via WhatsApp Business.
Late Payments
If an invoice becomes overdue, your account will be temporarily suspended. This means you won’t be able to create new shipments or generate labels until the payment is settled. Unpaid invoices may also cause delays to shipments in progress.
To help you stay on track, WINGBOX will send you reminders via email and in-app notifications so you never miss a payment.
