On November 3, 2022, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia introduced a new export regulation under Regulation No. 155, Year 2022.
As stated in Article 5, Verse 1, Point (d) of this regulation, effective January 2023, exporters must submit an Export Declaration Form (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang – PEB) to Customs for all shipments exceeding 30 kilograms. The table below highlights the changes in regulatory requirements:
