Once your Shopify store is linked to WINGBOX, all your orders will be synced automatically—helping you ship faster and avoid manual work.
How to Connect?
Step 1: Install the WINGBOX App
Start by installing the WINGBOX App from the Shopify App Store.

Once installed, your Shopify store will be connected to WINGBOX.
Step 2: Set Up a Custom Shipping Rate
In your Shopify dashboard, go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
You can either edit an existing rate or create a new one. Make sure the custom rate name includes the word “WINGBOX".
Step 3: Connect Your API Key
Log into your WINGBOX Account and copy your API key.
Go back to the WINGBOX App settings page inside Shopify, paste the API key, and click Save.
Step 4: Automatic Order Sync & AWB Tagging
Once everything is set up, WINGBOX will automatically tag each Shopify order with an Air Waybill (AWB)/ Tracking Number whenever a customer selects WINGBOX as their shipping method.
Step 5: Order Fulfillment
When fulfilling orders, you don’t need to manually add tracking numbers or send notifications. Simply leave the tracking fields unchecked. WINGBOX will handle it for you—once the order is processed, tracking details and notifications will automatically be sent to your customer.
Step 6: Customer Tracking Experience
Your customers will receive an email with their tracking number. When they click the link, they’ll be directed to the WINGBOX Tracking Page, where they can follow their shipment in real time.
âś… With this setup, your Shopify store and WINGBOX work hand-in-hand to keep shipping smooth, automated, and stress-free.
What Happens After You Connect?
As soon as the connection is complete, your Shopify orders will automatically appear on the My Shipment page in your WINGBOX dashboard. Even better—any new orders placed in Shopify will continue syncing in real time, so there’s no need to manually re-import them.
Managing and Shipping Orders
On the My Shipment page, you can:
View synced Shopify order details.
Update order information or adjust package weight/dimensions.
Create labels and shipments in just a few clicks.
Once a label is generated, the shipment is officially created and added to your My Shipment page—where you can track its journey at any time.
